Flutter App Development, Built to Last.

Cross-platform apps built with Flutter: one codebase, iOS and Android, tested like production depends on it. Because it does.

Two apps, two budgets,
twice the bugs.

Most businesses that need a mobile app need it on both iPhone and Android. The traditional route is two separate apps, often built by two separate teams. That means double the cost, features that land on one platform weeks before the other, and bugs you fix twice.

The other common trap is the cheap build: an app that demos well, then falls apart when real users, real data and real edge cases show up. Rework after launch costs far more than doing it right the first time.

One codebase.
Production-grade from day one.

We build with Flutter and Dart, Google's framework for shipping native-quality apps to iOS and Android from a single codebase. Pair it with Firebase for authentication, a real-time database, cloud functions and storage, and you get a modern app without standing up and babysitting your own servers.

What makes our Flutter work different is how we test it. James brings 12 years of US military service and more than three years as a QA automation engineer, including on ServiceNow. We don't treat testing as a phase at the end. Automated tests, clear acceptance criteria and disciplined releases are part of every sprint.

We also use AI-assisted engineering (Claude Code with MCP tooling) to move faster on the routine parts of a build, while every line that ships is still reviewed by a human engineer who owns the result.

  • Native-feeling UI on iOS and Android from one Flutter codebase
  • Firebase Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions and Storage
  • Automated tests and a release checklist on every build
  • App Store and Google Play submission support

How a Flutter build
runs with us.

  1. Discovery & scope

We pin down who the app is for, what it must do on launch day and what can wait. You get a written scope you can hold us to.

  2. Design & prototype

Clickable Figma screens before code, so you see and test the flow before paying for it to be built.

  3. Build in sprints

Short, visible sprints with a working build you can install on your own phone, not just a status update.

  4. QA & release

Automated and hands-on testing on real iOS and Android devices, then store submission and launch.

  5. After launch

Monitoring, fixes and the next round of features, based on what your real users actually do.

Flutter questions,
straight answers.

Why Flutter instead of building separate iOS and Android apps?

One Flutter codebase ships to both iOS and Android, so you pay for one build, one test suite and one set of fixes instead of two. For most business apps the performance and native feel are indistinguishable from separate native builds, and you reach both app stores sooner.

Do you handle App Store and Google Play submission?

Yes. We prepare the builds, store listings and review requirements, and we walk you through the accounts you need to own. HOAHub, our own product, went through the same App Store process.

Who will actually work on my app?

James leads every engagement directly, from the first call to the final review. There are no account managers or hand-offs to a junior team for your core work.

Can you take over an existing Flutter app?

Often, yes. We start with a code and test review so you get an honest picture of what's solid, what's risky and what it will take to move forward, before you commit to anything bigger.
