HOAHub: Running an HOA, Without the Chaos.
HOAHub is JGStudios' own community management platform for homeowners associations across the Philippines. Apple has approved it, and it's coming soon to the App Store.

group chats and spreadsheets.
Many homeowners associations in the Philippines are run by volunteers juggling dues in spreadsheets, announcements in overflowing group chats, and maintenance requests that live in someone's memory. Residents don't know what's been paid or fixed, and board members burn out chasing the same information every month.
One app for the
whole community.
We designed HOAHub around the jobs every association has to do, and put them in one place:
- Dues and payments: residents see their outstanding balance and payment history, and upload receipts straight from their phone.
- Announcements: official updates, like a scheduled water interruption, pinned where residents will see them instead of buried in a group chat.
- Maintenance requests: residents file requests; staff work them from a queue split into unit and common-area requests, tracked from needs-action to closed.
- Visitor passes: residents register guests and get a QR pass with a reference code and arrival window for the gate.
- Amenities, packages and votes: book shared facilities, track deliveries and take part in community votes.
The app is built with Flutter on a Firebase backend, with a web dashboard for administrators. We built it the way we build for clients, with the same scope-first, QA-minded approach you'd get on your own project.

HOAHub made it through Apple's App Store review and is being prepared for public release. It's the clearest proof we can offer of how we work: an idea taken through scope, design, build, testing and store release by the same team that would build your product.
